Scheduling the service with Joan was convenient and easy. Office called to confirm appointment a day or two before and then tech called on the day of to provide an approximate arrival time. The technician, Vern, was friendly and did a great job with prep as well as cleanup. I was left with a copy of instructions on how to care for my refinished tub and tile surround. The tub looks great and it was a real positive improvement for our bathroom. I also appreciated doing business with a locally owned and operated company as opposed to a national company or franchise. Vern from Designer Tub & Tile did an excellent job on my two bathrooms. The original tile in the first bathroom was blue (floor and walls) and the second bathroom was black and white but 60’s decor. He reglazed the walls, floors and tub/shower tiles. The bathroom glistened and looked brand new! I was so pleased with how they turned out.

They re-finished a tub for me that I initially thought had no chance of salvage. It had chips and stains throughout the inside of the tub. I was thinking I’d have to completely replace the tub which would have meant also doing plumbing and wall/floor tile patch work – not a small job.

After a quick and low cost visit by designer liners, the tub surface looked nearly like new, and years later it continued to look good with no issues.
